Welcome to Graymont Trading Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our trading mentorship program ("Program"),("Service").
By enrolling, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions
Your access or utilization of the Program signifies your acceptance of these terms.
If you disagree with any aspect of these Terms and Conditions, please abstain enrolling in the Program
1.1. Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from accessing or using the Service. Users aged 13 to 17 ("Minors") may only use the Service with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian if the parent/guardian has reviewed the terms and assumes full responsibility for the Minor's compliance with these Terms and any use of the Service.
1.2. By using the Service, you confirm that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Graymont Trading Academy reserves the right to request proof of parental/guardian consent for Minors at any time.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2.1. The Program is for educational purposes only.
2.2. Graymont Trading Academy does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
2.3. We do not guarantee profitability, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
2.4. You acknowledge that all trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3.1. Fees for the Program are as stated on our checkout page.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable, once you have paid and been given access to the chat/community/course, services are considered rendered and no refunds will be acceptable with exceptions only made by Graymont Trading Academy. However with that said, you may cancel anytime as you wish.
3.3. If you miss a payment, access to the Program will be suspended.
3.4. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in termination of your access to the Program.
4.1. All materials provided (videos, documents, strategies, etc.) are the intellectual property of Graymont Trading Academy.
4.2. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any content without our written permission.
4.3. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
5.1. Respectful communication is expected in all interactions, including the Discord community.
5.2. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the Program without a refund.
5.3. Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access to Program materials will result in immediate termination.
6.1. Graymont Trading Academy is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using our educational materials.
6.2. We make no guarantees regarding market performance or trading success.
6.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graymont Trading Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.1. We collect necessary personal data, including your name, email, and payment details, to provide access to our mentorship services.
7.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
7.3. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, However, no online platform is entirely risk-free; users are encouraged to take necessary precautions to secure their accounts.
7.4. By enrolling, you consent to receiving emails or messages related to the Program.
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Program if you violate these Terms.
8.2. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination due to misconduct.
9.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated thoroughly via email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
